We agree on a timeline in the beginning that can be modified. Your readiness and desire to make changes, motivation, support system and knowledge all play a role in the timeline.

Some goals take longer than others to achieve results and learning how to overcome unexpected challenges can impact readiness to maintain new habits. Some clients only need a jumpstart back into a routine that can be accomplished faster.
